Assistant City Attorney of Austin, TX & Adjunct Professor at St. Mary’s School of Law, Robyn Katz, THLN Legislative Chair & Attorney of Dallas, TX, Jaime Olin, and Adjunct Professor of SMU College of Law, Shelby Bobosky, will discuss many aspects of animal cruelty laws in the state of Texas. The presentation also includes real cases that have been tried regarding difficult animal cruelty cases, the link between animal cruelty and interpersonal violence, and how to take animal cruelty cases from indictment to prosecution.
