The Texas Humane Network is hosting a first-of-its-kind fundraising event with concurrent parties in Austin and Dallas on Puppy Mill Awareness Day. Join us to celebrate the THLN victory and passage of the Texas Licensed Breeders Program!  Funds raised will benefit the Texas Humane Network in its mission to provide education, outreach, and training about puppy mills.
